Our Neighborhood:
We are located just off Ferndale Drive in the Fern Creek area of Metro
Louisville. The neighborhood was first established in 1998 with the
construction and sale of the first homes. The original developer of the
subdivision was TradesUnion Housing an entity created by the Kentucky
AFL-CIO to show that Union labor could be competitive in the home building
industry.
TradesMill Homeowners Association, Inc.
We are a non profit corporation formed to manage and maintain the
TradesMill Subdivision. We are a Kentucky Corporation registered with the
Kentucky Secretary of State. The Association was created by TradesUnion
Housing and managed by the developer until turned over to the residents in
2006.

Who are the members?
Each homeowner is a member, membership is mandatory. You become a member by purchasing a home
in the subdivision. Each member (homeowner) is responsible for paying the yearly dues and compliance
with the CCRs and By-Laws. The CCR's and By-Laws are available for download on this weblsite. We
highly suggest that each homeowner read and become familiar with the Conditions, Covenants and
Regulations (CCR) and the By-Laws.
