TradesMill Homeowners Association  

Welcome to our neighborhood.  We are the homeowners of the TradesMill Subdivision in Fern Creek, Kentucky.  This web site is set up for the benefit and use of the homeowners and residents of TradesMill Subdivision.  The mission of this site is to provide a means of communication between the homeowners,  residents and  Board of Directors.  

Our next meeting will be held on July 23rd.  Our board meetings will be held at the Republic Bank Community Room.  The meeting will start at 6:30 PM all homeowners and residents are invited.  Board meetings are open meetings and your attendance is encouraged.  You may come and bring up issues or make suggestions.  The board tries to represent you all and your feedback and ideas are important.

If you haven't already paid your 2009 dues, please do so as soon as possible.  The Board of Directors worked very hard to be able to reduce the dues for this year so it is very important that ALL dues are collected on time in order to ensure that our expenses are covered.

On Street Parking -- for some reason this seems to have become an issue again.  The biggest complaint that the board is receiving is that people are having trouble backing out of their driveways when a car is parked on the street.  Please refer to your Restrictions regarding on street parking and the limitation that has been put in place.  We need to ensure that if an emergency vehicle needs to get down the street that they can do so without hitting a car that shouldn't be parked on the street.  Your cooperation is appreciated.
